Collective Housing

The “Funchal building” was designed to have the flexibility to integrate 5, 15, 30 or more apartments into the design. This flexibility allows for future expansion of the BMM building system throughout it’s lifetime.

This design example consists of five floors, in which T1 / T2 / T3 apartments are developed, and allows release of the ground floor for trade or parking.

With a contemporary design, the colors and textures of the outer elements and facades can be customized to suit the environment and customer’s personal style. Additionally, the customer can select materials for interior finishes.

The blocks 5A, 15A / 15B and 30A / 30B consist of five floors, with the possibility of integrating 5, 15 and 30 apartments respectively. In types T1, T2 and T3, and the last two are only available in solutions 15A / 15B and 30A / 30B, all apartments have vertical access from the outside.

There are different options in the distribution of apartments, where each block has solutions tailored to investors’ needs. In block 5A, each floor are developed as T2; in the 15A and 15B solutions, each floor has 3 apartments T1 / T2 / T3; in blocks 30A and 30B, 6 apartments T1 / T2 / T3. In blocks A& B, apartments have generous interior areas, and in block A, the design incorporates generous balconies.
